Account, privacy, and file deletion

Manage sign-in details, private files, and deletion requests.

Your account keeps your private library, production history, and billing details together. Use Settings for everyday account changes and contact support for deletion requests.

Manage your account

  • Open your profile menu and choose Settings.
  • Review your name, email, plan, and available credits.
  • Sign out on shared devices when you finish listening.

How your files are used

Uploaded files are used to prepare the audiobook you request and to make the finished result available in your private library. They are not displayed publicly through the help center or your profile.

Rights and permissions

Only upload material you own, material in the public domain, or material you have permission to convert. Creating an audiobook does not change the copyright status of the original work.

Request deletion

    Write from the email associated with your BookWave account.

    Name what to remove

    Specify an uploaded book, a generated audiobook, or the entire account.

    Confirm the request

    Support may ask you to verify the account before permanent deletion.
